We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decision-making.

Who receives your information

GreenRope provides our website forms, customer relationship management system, email functions and website tracking. Information submitted through our forms is stored and processed within GreenRope. We may also use service providers for website hosting, email, IT support and professional advice. They receive only the information needed to provide their services.

When you follow a link to Amazon to buy a book, Amazon handles the purchase under its own privacy policy. We do not receive the personal or payment information you give to Amazon merely because you followed a link from our site.

We may disclose information if required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

International transfers

GreenRope is based in the United States, so information processed through its services may be transferred outside the UK. GreenRope states that it participates in the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. This is an approved mechanism for transfers to participating US organisations. Where another provider processes personal information outside the UK, we require an appropriate safeguard or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism. How long we keep information

We keep sign-up information while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we may retain the minimum information needed on a suppression record so that we do not contact you again by mistake. We retain consent and compliance records for as long as they are reasonably needed to demonstrate your choices.
